CurbCraft

By submitting a request or scheduling services with CurbCraft, you agree to the following terms.


Service Requests & Availability

Submitting a form or request does not guarantee availability, pricing, or scheduling. All services are subject to confirmation based on scope, timing, and availability.

Some services may require an on-site review before final pricing or approval.


Neighbor Specials & On-Site Pricing

Neighbor-only pricing is offered for select services during active on-site service windows.

  • Neighbor pricing is not guaranteed outside the on-site day

  • Availability may vary by service, timing, and workload

  • Neighbor pricing must be reserved through the designated Neighbor Spot process

If a service is rescheduled, neighbor pricing may no longer apply.


Deposits

When a Deposit Is Required

A deposit may be required to:

  • Reserve a service date

  • Secure neighbor pricing for a future visit

  • Hold scheduling for larger or appointment-only services

Deposit requirements will always be communicated before payment is collected.


Deposit Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable once a date or pricing is reserved.

A deposit will be refunded if:

  • CurbCraft is unable to perform the service as scheduled, or

  • We determine the job is not a fit and decline to proceed

Deposits are not refundable if:

  • The customer cancels without reasonable notice

  • The customer is unavailable or unresponsive on the scheduled service day

  • The customer decides not to proceed after a date or pricing has been reserved

At our discretion, a deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future service if rescheduling is requested with reasonable notice.


Pricing & Quotes

All pricing is based on scope, conditions, and access at the time of service.

Quotes are estimates unless explicitly stated otherwise and may change if:

  • Conditions differ from what was described

  • Additional work is requested

  • Access or preparation is limited


Scheduling, Access & Communication

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the service area at the scheduled time.

Missed appointments due to lack of access or communication may result in forfeited deposits and rescheduling at standard rates.


No Obligation

Submitting a request or completing a curb check does not obligate you to proceed with services.

We aim to keep expectations clear, scheduling fair, and communication straightforward.
