About CurbCraft

Smart curb appeal, without overdoing it.

CurbCraft was built around a simple idea:
most homes don’t need a full renovation — they need the right improvements.

We focus on high-impact exterior refresh work that makes homes look better, show better, and feel more intentional, without turning into a drawn-out project or an expensive overhaul.

Where we’re coming from

Before CurbCraft, our background was in fix-and-flip real estate — buying homes, renovating them, and reselling them in competitive neighborhoods.

That experience shaped how we approach every project.

When you renovate homes for resale, you learn quickly:

🔶 Where money actually makes a difference

🔶 Where it doesn’t

🔶 And how easy it is to overspend without improving the outcome

CurbCraft exists because we saw how often homeowners and sellers were being pushed toward work they didn’t need — when smarter, simpler improvements would’ve gone further.

How we think about projects

We don’t chase big remodels or endless punch lists.
We look for
leverage.

That means:

🔶 Improving first impressions

🔶 Cleaning up visual distractions

🔶 Refreshing surfaces instead of replacing them

🔶 Making homes feel cared for, not overworked

Every recommendation is filtered through the same question:

Will this actually move the needle?

If the answer’s no, we’ll say so.

Who we work best with

We tend to work best with:

🔶 Homeowners who want their home to look better without going overboard

🔶 Sellers who want to prep smartly before listing

🔶 Buyers who want to finish a home after closing

🔶 Agents who want a reliable, realistic curb appeal partner

If you value clear communication, clean execution, and honest guidance, you’ll probably enjoy working with us.

What you can expect

When you work with CurbCraft, you can expect:

🔶 Thoughtful recommendations, not upsells

🔶 Defined scope and realistic timelines

🔶 Clean, efficient execution

🔶 No pressure to do more than makes sense

We’re local, insured, and easy to work with — and we try to keep it that way.

Not sure what makes sense for your home?

You don’t need a perfect plan before reaching out.
Most projects start with a conversation.

Not sure where you fit?

Most people don’t fit perfectly into one box — and that’s fine.

If you’re unsure what makes sense for your situation, we’ll help you talk it through and point you in the right direction.
